Janice, loved reading your post! This is just what I hoped will happen when each of us start to play with this fabric. I have been to Paris twice in my life......and Oh my gosh.....it is magical. It does live up to all that is written about it! So inspirational....so much to see.......Creme Brulee....take me away! I have some great memories, too.....like locking myself out of my room in the hallway at my hotel. I was trying to move the room service cart out of my room so I could get dressed.......yes....I was still in my favorite tee shirt....no shoes and my husbands boxer shorts because I couldn't get to my bag....more on that later.......

I am tempted but not sure if I can do it this summer. Trying to get my UFO's under control. But I do LOVE playing with everyone's fabric. And from what I see - the fabric selections are beautiful. HMMMMMM

Oh, good heavens, Bee, too funny!

My funniest memory is when we were in a café and DH got up to go to the restroom right after we'd finished eating. The waiter came up and I announced in my best hs French, "nous sommes fini", we are finished. He looked puzzled. Unfortunately, the intervening years between hs and then allowed me to forget one little thing. It ISN'T "nous sommes fini" but "nous avons fini", we have finished. The waiter broke out in a somewhat stifled laugh. He reminded me in French that nous sommes fini means, "we are done", as in "we are done for". And he did it complete with the hand action across the throat. I sat for a fraction of a second totally upset and then broke out in laughter. I had to give myself credit for not being so embarrassed so as to have ruined the moment. We both laughed, good heartedly on both our parts and I happily recounted it for DH who returned moments later, complete with the gesture across the throat. Still, oddly enough, the funniest incident of my trips.

Odd the things we recall as funny!

Well, TG, as an experienced Boomer, you'll know best if you can do it. You know we'd LOVE to have you again! Keep an eye on the sign-ups - you still have time!

It will be roughly the size of a twin bed here is the rest of it so far.
Well it won't let me post a pic right now

I don't know if I have a favorite romantic love song, guess it would have to be "Always" since that is what we danced to at our wedding. When we were dating I really liked the song "He's so shy" b/c it reminded me of my (now) husband, he really is / was shy.(or maybe we were newly married when that song was popular, not sure) My song that I think applies to me personally is "I made it through the rain"
