Depending on your final time frame and rules, I could play. I'm pretty sure I don't have a farm yard favorite animal. I could do whatever if you don't mind applique.

Ok I would like to do mixed farm animals. What does DJ mean? Don't know that one.

I'm not sure I am getting the picture of you doing the happy dance to "I'm a Pig!!"...can you do it again???
Yeah, Blue? I missed that dance. I'm sitting down and comfy.....could you start that all over? :D
I'm still trying to figure out if being a Pig is a promotion or a demotion. ;-)
Pigs are clean and smart and strangely like us in many ways.

Blue and I are experts at falling to the floor and twitching when we feel overwhelmed (and I spend a lot of time down there!). Either she or I could teach you to do that.

Debra, the DJ stands for "Dear Jane" - what's turning out to be a pretty large group from the board are going to participate in a "sew along" cyber quilt party being hosted by Klue. She's going to pace the quilt by assigning about 4-5 blocks each week. if you are not familiar with the DJ quilt, you can google it. It's a civil war quilt made up of some 225 blocks, all 4 inches...we've also been swapping xmas color blocks to make small quilts or what have you. The deadline on that is Nov 7 (I think) so if you want to choose a square, you can make 18 and send 'em to Klue. It's exciting, for sure.

I think DJ's are so pretty but I don't have the patience to do one. All those small pieces. BeBe likes to do those.

Ok here are my chickens, but I need your help. Do you like the hand stitched or the machine stitched better?? The colors are not representative of the real blocks.
