WOW the RAK list is up to 24 names/addresses that CAN be shared.
I have other names that DO NOT wish to be shared so those I will
be keeping private for my use only.

(have one more name, but still waiting for info and a confirmation on
a yes or no for sharing).

As I am TRYING to clean and organize my sewing room I am finding
things that I had bought to stick into my RAK/Swap goodies box, at
the rate I am finding the forgotten stuff I am going to need a bigger
box. Well its a good thing my sewing room seem to be swamped with
empty boxes of various sizes.

Seems to be a rather wide variety of things, from small note pads,
universal machine needles, to the Fons & Porter "quilting gloves 1 in
medium and 1 in large. to a BOM set from Joanns (for the top only).

Well I need to get back to the sewing room, hubs wants the table
cleaned off by Friday
(but is hoping it will get done today) that is
where I piled everything as I took it out of the sewing room to
"sort" it.

If I eat to much; I get sick, if I eat to little; I get sick. thus meaning I go to bed with a killer headache and nausea. >>>

I hope the Byetta works for you..in the mean time, if you have good drug coverage or can get samples from your doc I have had great luck with an anti nausea drug they give to cancer patients. It's called Ondansetron and if I get to feeling queasy, it works right away! It's a wonder drug...and it's now in generic so it might not be as expensive as the brand used to be.

I've lost over 35 lbs and when folks ask how I jokingly tell them it's the nausea diet. Some of them don't get it and want to know what it is....I tell them they don't want to know. I'm sorry this drug is making you so sick...isn't there some way to predetermine what you need to eat.

When he needs to go to the bathroom he goes to the door and goes outsidethen shows up later. She doesn't like him to go into the basement because to many hiding places when she wants to get him out of the house. So when we came back from the chemo treatment I went to the basement to fold laundry and Dorothy told Mart that the cat had gone to the basement and she just said he would come back up when he was ready. When Mart saw the cat was in the bedroom she went and closed and locked the basement door. Guess who was still in the basement! We had a good laugh and I told her if she was going to treat me THAT way i was going home and taking my sewing machines with me!
Sounds like at least your having fun...tell Marti's cat that Ray says hi. I'm embarrassed to say I hadn't realizes how long it had been since the poor boy's litter box was scooped. Guess DH does it more then I'd realized and he's off to the wilds of Tampa...and you are very right about Marti having a cat now!! Ray is a real snuggler, when he comes back in the house I pick him up and he stretches up my body and rubs against me to dry off if it's wet as well as to cuddle. Yesterday I got a sweet nose nibble, not a bite, just an I love you nibble, very sweet. We are planning to go to Va between the holidays and at first I was thinking about finding him a place to stay here, but realized he couldn't be left anywhere, so today I made reservations for all of us at a Days Inn....

And you are so very sweet to help out both Marti and Dorothy and the family. It sounds like you are making sure they will have a happy holiday!! If you want to come to Ga when I get old to take care of me, it would be welcomed....

This is NOT my first time on Byetta. I spent 6 months on it before
and I did NOT lose any weight like the Dr said I would, although as
sick as I was all the time I do not know how I couldn't have.

Back then I was doing 2 injections per day morning with breakfast
and evening with dinner. I was able to find a "workable" amount of
food in the morning where I did NOT get sick, but the evenings was
a whole other thing. I even tried to duplicate my morning meal exactly
for my evening meal and I still got sick after dinner. I tried EVERYTHING
even lowering the dosage for dinner nothing helped that is when my Dr
(not the same Dr as now) took me back off it.

Last night I did not get the nausea to bad in fact it was very mild, just
enough to let me know but not so much that I felt I needed to be ready
to run for the bathroom. The headache though was still just as horrible
as it has been since I restarted the Byetta.

I just keep hoping that I will find the happy medium and can stay on it
until the beginning of the year when it is "suppose" to become a weekly
injection.

I will be talking to my Dr on Friday to get my reports for the BS monitoring
and the "diary" I have been keeping recording everything I eat, drink and
do while taking the Byetta.

I WILL be ok. I have been dealing chronic neck/muscle pain since March 2007.
It will take more than the nausea and headaches to take me down for long.
