Penny thank you for the two pieces of fabric. My guild is doing the Quick Trip in January. Both pieces you sent will be the foundations for my other fabric choices. They are both so colorful and offer so many color variations -- I am looking foward to selecting more fabric for the project. It will truly be a quick trip around the world.

Sorry -- I also received a bead basket made from tea towels and instructions so I can make additional ones. A quilt pattern produced in Australia and a torch which will come in handy this Spring when I return to my place.

I will post pictures in an hour or two. I just got home after being gone all day.

Penny, thank you so much.

P.S. I am off the bench!

Here they are a tad later than promised:

I'm so glad there have been some encouragements in squishies
arriving, adding hope to the others out there who are still waiting....
Remember, good things come to those who wait. Hang in there.
Just think, whaen all dies down into a slump of paper, there's still a special package out there traveling to those patient people.

ThelondonZoo: Yours is coming from Australia so that might be why it is taking so long.
My goodness, I'll get it in May! ;) lol That's ok, I'm happy to wait.

I'm off the bench and want to tell Bonni a big thank you for a fantastic squishie!! Love the magazine that you sent and I'm already deciding on fabrics for the one on the front cover haha....stencils are adorable and I got four pretty pieces of fabric, including two GORGEOUS batiks in two of my favorite color combos...teal and brown. Thank you again and Merry Christmas :)

Beautiful batiks :)
