ok go to hancocks of paduccah they have this giraffe printy (new word) batik loved it so totally up your alley for what you need I just got their new catalog dustysmomma so absolutely what you need.

Yosemitesa, strawberries and green (middle) how much more summer can you get? you know that you had fun shopping for all those.. I want this one and a bit of that one.. and maybe a tiny bit of..

ok here is a lousy photo I was waiting for Jaba top post one but my hubby took these and I think they look like I have a fog inside my house which we did not. The best part is .. its of two good good friends both sad at that moment and faking it for the camera saying til next time...

Linda and Jaba, what a treat to see you both ... even if it was at the sad moment of parting.

There is a free pattern on crafty.com. It is paper pieced I think but it is so cute!

I'm lookin! Ooh, that one looks hard. I'm so intimidated by paper piecing! I did find this one though: http://www.creativequiltkits.com/gro...er-quilts.html

This one is "cute to death" (as my friend Lisa would say) too! http://www.monstermarketplace.com/qu...stant-download

My boyfriend pre-ordered me this book today after I raved about it on Facebook, lol: http://www.amazon.com/Adorable-Anima...g_hu-rd_dp_img

The giraffe in there is applique though. I may have to do it anyway because it's adorable!

Check out this tutorial, I found it very easy to follow. I used her technique to piece my first heart and it had 34 pieces.
