I just posted pics of my row on our topic under Pictures. My theme is still brights. The name of my quilt is Butterfly Garden, after the name of one of the fabrics I used. You don't have to use fabrics with butterflies, but I do want to have brights used. Any color, and you can set them off with a neutral if you'd like. I really have no preference. I would like you to list the blocks you used, unless you use scrappy blocks (which is fine with me too). I have all of this in my journal as well, so don't worry if this is too much info at once!

Now I need to make a quilt label for everyone to sign, and then it will be off to the post office. :)

Monique: np....here is the link http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-100949-5.htm. it is page 5 of this topic..the medallion rules were revised and are halfway down the page. There is a separate topic for the pictures as we go. http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-104569-1.htm.

You have to get your centre to your partner no later than April 30. Then when the one arrives at your house you have two months to complete it and send it on (don't forget to add to the journals). So the next one you receive is due at your partner's place by June 30....

Hope that makes sense. If not PM me and I will explain a bit more.

Hope new job is going well. I know how you feel. I just changed provinces (moved over 1000 miles to a town I don't know anyone in), jobs, houses, and feel scattered. Our old house just sold so we are now looking for somewhere permanent in our new town. I often feel out of sorts.

I've finished my row and will be mailing it in the next week. I've posted the photos in the thread where we are suppose to. Hope you all like the row. I stuck with my 30's reproduction prints and used farmers wives block patterns. I changed it up by adding sashing between the blocks, which I'll include in my mailing so others can use if they wish. I like the rest the solid color gives between the blocks.

Carol: I think you did a lovely job and sometimes sashing does give it a nice place to rest the eyes.

Debe I finished my row I didn't do appliqué in corners the fabric I used was pretty and didn't want to take away from the ones you did in the center. If it was further in I would have but this looks real pretty I will post a picture tomorrow.
