Crafty, sorry I tempted you to get more fabric. About eBay, I've sold quite a lot on there, and right now the economy is such that people aren't paying what things are worth, in general, so your fabric is worth more in your own stash, in my opinion. It *is* a hassle to do it, but it gets easy with practice, and I've gotten rid of tons of household junk over the years, and made a few dollars rather than just giving it to Goodwill.

That's ok doesn't take much. I saw they had the chicken one I have with a black background. I didn't get that I got the eggs. Im collecting for my chicken quilt. I'll let you know if I do it. That fabric I can get at that store I told you about for 4.99 a yard so that's why I thought about selling some. I will have to see.

You ladies are soooooo creative! I just love watching what you come up with. I have one set of chickies done and working on another 'original' design.

Well, some of my chickies have been put on hold as my bobbin case in my embroidery maching needs to be replaced. Do you gals that have embroidery machines have to replace these often? I haven't even had this thing a year and have done MAYBE a total of 20 blocks with it. It is really going to stink if I have to replace it this often.... especially since it seems to be pretty hard to find around here.

Maybe you should start a thread asking about it...I bet other Brother owners could tell you. I have a different kind of machine. I know the bobbin case for my machine is about $50.00...I checked because I was interested in buying an extra to use for bobbin work only so that I wasn't adjusting the tension screw on my regular one. I passed on buying one though- kinda pricey!
