I took my chicken "scraps" and cut up chicken "parts" I had to seam "rip" every single one of them and reasemble them!!! they are not much to look at but here they are! my BUTCHERED chickens! or Frankensteins, whichever you prefer.

this is the fabric I am using for the 3.5 blocks, I have painted the flowers in a darker purple and 1 of the chicks has been enhanced with a metalic gold paint, and I haven't decide what else I'm going to do to it, but this is the start

Oh those are really cute scrambled chickies!
S&S...your painting is awesome!

Brooke- are you trying to use your embroidery machine do the applique with the satin stitch or are you just going to sew it? If you are sewing it...be sure to use stabilizer!

Did ya'll notice how they moved around in the before and after pictures...They are lively little chicklettes.
