LOVE THEM! Wow, your applique lines are so nice.
I've been holding off on finishing my edges until I get a little better with my sewing.

Besides, I had a Julia Morgan costume to do first. :-)
You mentioned the lines: I have this new machine (new to me but used) a Pfaff 2144- it has a feature that I love for satin stitch. When I stop, it ends with the needle down but also raises the foot a tiny bit so I can tilt the fabric when doing curves or angles.
I was able to do it before but had to lift the foot every time. I love this machine, makes the applique a delight.
Not to mention that I just started using embroidery thread, shiny... beautifull. How I didn't use it the last 10 yrs!

Ok question. Do all 6 blocks need to be the same or can they be a variety of chickens. I made all 6 the same but I have seen so many great chickens I was wondering if we can send a variety pack you know like chicken comes some thighs some drumsticks LOL
