I have to learn how to post pictures first...will try to have it done by tomorrow...my Friday...your Saturday. How do you feel about blues and yellows? It is 24 1/2 by 24 1/2 at least that was what it measured at 2:30 in the morning...couldn't sleep until I finished...LOL.

Blue and yellow is classic, love those colours. Looking forward to seeing it.
I am sending my block out today, I am doing so early for two reasons (1) it is finished and I would like to get a feel for postage times and (2) as it is finished I will put it away then likely not be able to find it again when I want it.
Cheers
Maybe1day
umn? just remembered, I still haven't done anything about a label. Darn it! I never label my quilts anyway and wouldn't have the foggiest what to do about it. Darn darn darn!

I like them both though confess to preferring the "more vibrant" one  Funny really as I am usually a more subtle or softer shade person. Must just feel the need to buck the system occasionally.

The more I look at them the more I like the first one - so unless there is a major objection - I am going with my first instincts. I will make the "gentler" one for himeslf. I had planned on making a practice border quilt anyway. My second effort is always better than my first - so now I have a square to put my practice border on. I had a thought. I am going to send a swatch of each fabric with my square. If we did that and each added on to the swatches more swatches of the fabric they used - then we wouldn't have to haul the whole thing to the lqs - unless of course we want to. Just a thought. Jackie
