I am just popping in to see what everyone has been making. Took off for the last 2 for a veriety of reasons but hope to join again. In our home 4 are out and working and 4 are home and one working for and at college. All are in agriculture from a store, trucking to farm but all are out in the public. One of our daughters just got married. They had originally signed up in our town and that date was canceled because it is closed but then they received a call that because he is millitary they could get married at the nearest big town by the justice of the peace. She was permitted one witnes and I was blessed to be that one. After a 2 day honeymoon she came back home and he went back. They are waiting to go on the housing list. I have also been cleaning house and cooking way more and creative as three of the adults now take all meals at home while before they would eat out frequently. As for quilting not much has been happening. I want to and I should and have plenty to work on and play with. So that is why as a goal I hope to participate again. I also miss chatting with everyone. Eventhough I am younger then hubby but have chronic issues, hubby and one of our adult sons are the ones getting groceries. Hubby at some places, certain days can use the senior line and that has been helpful but overal he has to spend a lot of time shopping as items are limited, small quantities or not available.

Hi Anna. Sounds like your a busy woman. It's not to different for me and my husband. We don't go out much at all. I shop once every 10 days or so. It's harder to shop now that people are being pigs and hording. I know we need to buy for 2 weeks at a time. How many people go through 3 triple roll 18 pks of t.p. in 2 weeks. unbelievable. Sure hope this quits spreading and we can go back to complaining about prices not the lack of things on the shelves. LOL. please show some pictures OK?

Happy Easter to all of you. Sorry it's late. It's quiet here as usual. I love the quiet, that's why we moved way out in the country. Just wish my family could have come over for a nice dinner. Instead they came and said Hi while staying outside and away. No hugs.... I miss the hugs a lot. Hope ya all stay safe and well. Hugs Mary

Thanks lawsonmugs. All's going well in my neck of the woods. Like you, so glad to live in the country. But miss the hugs. I haven't touched another living soul since March 17.but my little dog meg gets lots of pats and grooming. I am lucky having neighbours and son lives next door so we do socialise at a distance. Keep well and safe everyone. And has anyone heard from Caroline? I sent an email but having heard back. I hope she's ok

Hi everyone! Just dropping in to check on everyone! I thought spring was finally here, but you know how it goes - it snowed again last week! Very windy this weekend so that will help shrink our snow banks!
Our Premier has declared another 28 days (at least) of social distancing etc. So I finally started making masks for husband & I. Also making for boys & their families now. Although I don't want them taking little kids anywhere even if wearing a mask! Haven't quite figured out how to recommend that to them! lol Mask making is still a high anxiety project for me & I really don't know why! I was still working during the H1N1 and SARS outbreaks so I am certainly concerned everyone on the front lines - masks were only partly helpful during that time!
So I'm still working on Frolic, also started Unity - another Bonnie Hunter project for the COVID time, and the Secret Garden Mini Quilt! Yikes - no wonder my sewing area is a mess! lol
Stay well everyone & post some pics of your quilting projects helping you get through this time!

I'm going good too. I fly past here everyday to see if anyone's been. I'm really looking for ways to fill in my days. I heard from Caroline a couple of days ago and though it's bad in England, she and her family are going ok at the moment. Keep well and safe everyone
