Dwina, you should definitely make that snowman into a mini quilt! He is sooooo adorable! I love him. I may have to steal your idea -- put that on my very-long to-do list! (I'm really glad you resisted keeping him!)

CT that is a great package you got from Dwina. I just love snowmen. A clever idea for the snowflake pincushion. And of course the chocolates. I hope that you didn't get too much snow. And another storm on Monday. I just got a dusting overnight but the snow should be starting this afternoon. So far they said 1-3 or 3-6 depending on where it hits. I'm more in the 3-6 range. Let's see what the groundhog thinks.
Everyone have a great day. If you have snow keep warm.

The sun is shining this morning, and it feels so good. I can't be in direct sun light very long, but I sure love seeing it shining. We have only had a dusting of snow, but no real accumulation yet. By now we usually always had a few inches, but I am not complaining. lol.. The dusting of snow was pretty.

Have a great day everyone!

Back from cruise but won't be home for another week. Should have a Pc/nC waiting for me but if my partner wants to post and show what she sent, that's fine with me. Had a great time but caught a terrible cold so not feeling to great.

I posted sign-ups for the February swap.

PLEASE NOTE THAT I ADDED A COUPLE EXTRA THINGS IN THE LIST OF INFORMATION...favorite candy, least favorite candy and favorite beverage. This should help if someone wants to add a little something extra in their package.
ALSO, from now you are going to have a choice of either a pincushion or a needlecase or a set (1 of each) for one person. Please specify what you want to make in the PM you send me. I hope this satisfies everyone. If not, please let me know.

There was no sun here today. It wasn't snowing when I left but 25 miles away it went down to 23 degrees and was snowing so I came back home and it was back up to 29 and not much snow. I'm sure more is coming. I did start my really mini hexies. These are half inch and a little bigger than a penny. They sure make up fast but really are small.

I'm in for one set this month. I'll PM you later

Wow, Pat, those are really small. I'll stick with the 3/4" ones for now.

Wow, Karen, you are quite the trooper. Just remember the saying, you can't please all of the people all of the time...

Pat, such teenie tiny hexies. What size are those again?

Each side measures 1/2". I didn't measure it going across the middle but they are almost the size of a penny. They are really cute.

Do you make your own paper patterns for those? I like tiny, so I might have to give that a try.
