I would be interested in the floral 9-patches next time. Hopefully it will go with my other floral patches I swapped a few years back. I’m interested in maybe combining both swaps blocks and make a king size quilt. I think that could be a great border.

My progress so far, I have strips of fabric cut, and other fabric selected, just need to start sewing. My goal is to have 1/2 sewn by end of Monday. This is VQW weekend, which should start today or tomorrow.

How did I miss this post? But no, no, no! I love this idea but I cannot keep making nine patches. I dreamt about them the other night. For heavens sake, don’t make the next round too enticing. I have other blocks I must make!!! Lol.

Love that Floribunda quilt!

Cheesehead, I have that light blue fabric. It's a favorite of mine, such a pretty shade of blue, isn't it? Nice blocks! The yellow and blue one has a nice strong contrast-- yellow and blue is so nice to combine. And the brown and pink, lovely!

Janice, But yes, yes, yes! :-p

Which idea did you love... the scrappy flowers with yellow, or the blocks alternated with white?

Maybe we will schedule a good break between this and the next round. I think we all might burn out on 9ps, otherwise.
