Hello everyone, hope you are having a great Mon. eve. We are headed for a bad night of cold. Weather man just announced 7 below and it's only 10:00 p.m. Oh my. I was sewing on my quilt block and my back and hip are hurting so bad I had to take a break. Do any of you watch the bachelor? It is one crazy show. I've always worked Mon. nights so really haven't gotten into it. Went to my grandson (Jake) wrestling tournament on Sat. I really enjoyed it. He goes to school at Malcom little town 7 mi. west of Lincoln but it's worth the drive. He won all his matches, 5 of them. I've always tried going to all of the grandkids events and Jake is a senior so it will be over this year. He is the last one of our grandkids to graduate. My social life will be gone. I do have great grandkids that will be in events in Omaha so will start going there. Dorothy your temps are not as bad as ours, they are still bad. It's crazy how 2 hrs. north is such a difference. Well going back to sewing rm. All have a gd. night. Stay safe and warm.

Boy Marilyn, I wish we would really get some winter weather! Oh, we've had some cold but it doesn't last long! Like by the weekend 57! maybe even 60 midweek, YUKKKKK, NOT in the winter time! I want some nice, deep snow and for it to last more than the blink of an eye. I know, I need help, but I just love SNOW...keep the wind tho, that seems to be what we get a lot of!!

I have 2 blocks to make, and all I've managed to do since New Years is clean, clean, clean! After having to go out tomorrow, hopefully I will get in the sewing room! I am sort of ahead of the game tho, I have patterns laid out..lol

Glad to see everyone is making contact with each other, keep the pictures coming.

Marilyn-you are correct. Our weather isn't too bad. But the WIND uuuughhh! The sun is shining brightly so that is a big bonus. I LOVE SNOW TOO. But the cold this winter has been frigid and I'm afraid I am ready to break up with winter and embrace Spring.

Oksewnsew that block is so pretty. I love that fabric. The other goodies are very nice too.
Is that a pretty pin I see in there?
