I had a big day today, we went out for lunch and a movie so I'm officially trashed, but I wanted to thank my SP Seasagal (I'm sorry I mislaid the card and am having problems with the spelling) for a wonderful box. I'll fill y'all in on it tomorrow...lots of goodies....

Here is the picture from LindaR. Thank you loved everything. LindaR sent me giant paperclips, cute buttons, Thread catcher-(not sure what that is), Material, scissors holder, twizzlers and a real cute bag made from the strips of material with the makers name of it.

I got my package today from catpawski!

She sent me a book on binding, a bunch of Mary Englebreit stuff (tin, magnets, notecards, nail file, eraser), some teabags, 5 fat quarters in some nice bright shades, a cupcake dangly ornament thing, a quilt pattern, some pins, and some Paula Deen sticky notes.

Unfortunately the picture isn't wanting to load tonight (upload has failed three times), but i'll try tomorrow.

    Thanks, Catpawski!

Got a package in the mail today from Charles Bishop, (tried to find the name on the memebr board but wasn't able to) I got a nice package with some bright colored fat quarters in it, some rotary cutting blades (used my last new one last night so perfect timing!) Some candy & a chalk type pencil.
    Thanks for all the goodies!
    Happy Thanksgiving!

Verna, the thread catcher is just that - to catch threads. Use it close by on the machine when you sew and it'll catch all those pesky threads that you used to throw on the floor. Or at least, that's the theory!
Great packages everyone - and yes, if you don't want those purple fabrics, send them my way. They'll work great in a Mardi Gras pattern.

Oh, would you be so kind???????????? I went with a friend to a quilt shop today. I picked up 2 brochures, she spent $75, but I am so tired I can't see straight, no joke. Thank you for the offer!! Now I can treat Ray to his goodies, once he comes in from being the great golden lion hunter. Anybody else notice how many lion like cats are peoples' avatars on this thread....

Well I found the camera, and took pictures of the great package I got from Vanogay, tried to upload onto lap top and the file is corrupt! Camera is now totally dead! So I am going to get one for Hubby's BD... I figure he borrows mine all the time so it won't be a big deal to get him one and borrow it all the time!

Vanogay I am keeping the package together for picture, except the candy, which hubby already got, and the mouse, which Bella took off with after she checked out all of the fabric! I do have a question for you, what is the silver thing with the jewel in it? We were trying to figure it out.

And I love the Cheery Cherry pattern, I am going to make that one soon! Love all the fabrics and the miter template, I need that, I don't do mitered corners very well.
