This swap is for a themed October postcard swap. You must be current with my previous postcard swaps to participate.

The theme can be either " October is a time for" or "What goes bump in the night".

Sign up deadline is October 21st, 2011
send PM with real name, mailing address, and email address.

    Mailing postmarked by October 26th , 2011.
Here is the activity link; http://www.quiltingboard.com/group_a...sp?gracnum=218

Participants must sign up to make 1 card to be exchanged.
The subject for your card will be whatever theme you choose.

Names of receipents will be assigned October 24th, 2011
All US postal guidelines apply to mailing of postcards.

You may want to research making fabric postcards for ideas and techniques. http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-150776-1.htm This is the link to the last swap, take a look at some great cards.

Swap is open to the 1st 100 quilters of all levels and abilities and open to anyone.
If you can't ship internationally please let me know in a PM when you sign up.

Your cards must have your board name and 2011 written somewhere on the front or back . Your may provide photos of your cards on the provided thread prior to mailing. If your card is mailed without posting your photo, have the receipent post the card for you on the provided thread.
Use any combination of fabrics you want, use stiff felt or temtex like material for the inside of your card. Finish size needs to be no larger than 4" x 6" verify with your local usps for more specifications. You may use embelishments such as beads, yarns, threads, fabric paint, be aware your postcard maynot be accepted at the post office and you may have to use an envelope to mail your card.

Review the general swap guidelines for all swaps on the board. You are responsible for retreaving that information and abiding by the requirements outlined.
    http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-20154-1.htm
Failure to fulfill your committment will result in notification to the board, which will prevent your participation in future swaps.
