Betty, it’s amazing what they can do with surgery. I’ll pray for your husband & you as well as you go through this difficult time. My dad had open heart a year ago & you wouldn’t even know it to see him except the scars & he’s 71. He’s a hard working man & all over the place now.

Thank you Ladies, for your prayers and thoughts. All went well with my husbands surgery this morning. He will be in ICU for the weekend and hopefully home in another few days. A double bypass and now his heart is working normally. He turned 73 two weeks ago. Just has to take it steady to let it all heal well.

Betty, thanks for the update. I will continue to keep your DH in my thoughts and prayers till he is recovered and back to his usual self. I am so glad that the surgery went well.

Thank you for letting us know so quickly betty. I am so happy to hear of your hubby's successful surgery. Now take good care of yourself too, you hear? Such events are very stressful on the body.

Wonderful news, Betty, thanks so much for letting us know! You'll both be kept in my prayers as he recovers -- and you need to take care of yourself too.
