By the way, I just found an applique technique block that is going to start in June..There are a total of 36 blocks all different, and they have it scheduled from June 2011 thru April 2012 ( How long do you think it will take US?) ..I think it looks gorgeous. Here is the link, there are people involved from Spain, Australia, Scotland, Ireland just to name a few countries.

And this site actually shows all the blocks for the quilt

That quilt looks ambitious ....but I may have to join you all on that one too!!! something to slip in between those RR ...of course you early birds will be done by the time it starts!!

OMG ..... I can't believe my eyes!!! Herman (husband) is sitting here beside me looking at this also .... he is as excited as I am about my Row Robin and how it is turning out. When I started with the Thirties Theme .... I didn't want everyone to feel they had to produce "only" toys, thus the reason I also indicated the Thirties Block patterns. "All of you" have gone "up and beyond" in your work on my RR! LOVE IT -- LOVE IT !!!! What more can I say???

here's pattis first block, 1 minute ago, i would have said 'finished' but then when i looked at the photo i saw i still need to take the satin stitch across the top of the saucers!! i shall go and do that just now!!!
(i see imperfections better on a photo than the real thing in front of me for some strange reason!!!)

cups 'n saucers...
