Don't be, I started these blocks last year and then chickened out on trying applique for the first time, so the blocks are done and ready and I just have to quit being chicken and try the applique lol

Just curious... Why do you want us to finish it before we sign up and are assigned a partner? Isn't it nicer to know who your partner is - so you can see what they like and such? Just wondering?

ok I am in again. I loved the Snowman Banner one. I am going to the fabric shop tomorrow to see what goodies I can find!!! I think this one will be fun cause Valentines Day is my favorite holiday!!!! I will let you know when its finished.

The reason we have to finish the item before signing up is to eliminate people signing up and then not following through. It's feels awful to join a swap and then get left out because your partner said never mind. I know because that happened to me on one of the swaps earlier this year. It was so disappointing.

So if we finish it and then sign up, everyone who signs up will have an item to swap. Then no one will be left out!
