If you want one that's pretty, check out Nancy's Notions- they have a pattern for sale that uses old jeans to make hanging storage for various things.

At our yearly quilt show, coming again the end of Feb theres a guy there that sells the wooden ones except that it is wider and holds the ruler one both ends, even my long rulers fit really well without any warping. I agree, the one above is pretty but the first thing I saw was the sagging ends.

A few years ago I had my technology 'shop' teacher make me two of these. One is 9 inches rectangle long with 6 slots, the other is a 5 inch on a diagonal for the smaller rulers. They fit nicely on my bookshelf for easy access. Yours are very nice.
