That is going to be lovely.
Terri, I love your kitty card idea, what a cute center it will make.
Have fun all of you, I look forward to where this goes.

Ninnie - I love your fabrics. I may be doing asian prints for mine too, we'll see. I have handful of fabrics already, and am trying to collect a few more before I decide. Whatever you make, I'm sure it'll be beautiful.

The top could take a turn during the year away from the original "theme" of the quilt. That might be ok...or it might not
I think one of mine will fit into this category. Still havent got it fully worked out, but I'm thinking puffy purple flowers, and I'm thinking on point, but to put the flowers themselves on when the top returns, so save the bulk. I'd send a couple of the flowers loose to match colours to though, and a colour print out of the design laid out. Does this sound OK?
Sazu..Suggesting the "on point" option for rounds 1 and/or 2 is just fine. I guess it will depend on what the next person in line from you is comfortable doing. Are you just laying out the "center " design in your print out? Including a couple of light weight flowers in the package is fine also as long as its not the end of the world if they get misplaced...hopefully that wouldn't happen, but weirder things have happened ya' know...

Well, here's the thing, I thought I might make 2 the same, and see how different they turn out, don't know for sure though, hadn't planned a second one yet, but have enough material to make both of them, whatever I decide to do.

If I am correct , I get yours first! :D
Which means you finish up on mine! :D :D
