LBB
I received my book for LBB today and INTIMIDATED is too mild to describe my reaction when I looked at the patterns & instructions. Margaret Docherty, the designer, spent 2 1/2 years making her quilt. I figure it will take me 3-4 years to complete mine.

I'm assuming LBB is an applique quilt as I've never heard of it. But what does it stand for? I enjoy admiring the applique quilts and may do a very very easy one when I finish my GFG, but for now I'll stand back and admire
LBB = Little Brown Bird by Margret Docherty
It's another Masterpiece quilt, whether it's part of the series or not.
It will have a lot of pieces but it is beautiful!
I am curious: Those of you buying the cd...what is on it, the whole book? Aren't you missing out?
Please explain.

I don't know if I'm jumping on that band wagon or not quite yet. I also don't know what exactly is on the CD Mousie..I'll tell ya when I get it! I got the CD for cheap...so thought I would look at it before spending more $ on the book. Then if I don't use it, I can spend it on to a friend who will be doing the quilt.

applique is really not as hard as it looks. it IS tedious and requires patience. if you can do that then you can applique ;) ;) ;)

All this talk about LBB is making me nervous, lol. I made it a goal(not very realistic) to finish piecing my AOTH by the end of the year, and if I reach my goal, I just may consider joining in on the LBB, I really can't wrap my head around it, so most likely will be just cheering you all on, but if I finish my AOTH, I just may "play" with LBB.
