    It is really cute! I think the suggestion of SID around each block and diagonal stitching in all the star blocks is a good idea. On the other blocks, I would stitch around each of the main characters, machine or hand quilt. It would be a little time consuming and a bit of fussy work, but would sure make the characters stand out even more. On the border, you could "echo" the prairie points 2 or 3 (or more?) times.

    That was what I was actually toying with - The other ides I had was stitch in the outer border 1/4 " away from the prairie points.

    I have that pattern and all the fabric for it sitting in my sewing room, it's next on the list. I will be interested to see how you quilt it, so I hope you post a picture when it's done. You did a great job on the top!
