Charisma, What ages are your boys? And good for them to attempt a longarm. My boys were about 11 or so when they would use my sewing machine to repair a rip in pants, shirt, etc. while I was at work. Scared me to death when I found out, but at least they didn't have any injuries!! And my machine still worked!

Charisma, you better watch out, looks like Bryce may take over part of you business, LOL. Really, he did a wonderful job, congratulations to him and to you for teaching him. A family who "plays" together, stays together, and isn't quilting playing? Thanks for sharing your/his story with us.

I think it is wonderful that they all give it a try and each has his own 'niche'. Plus, this will stand them in good stead when it is time for college...or before. They will be way better off than many kids looking for work. Congrats to you and yours! Can't wait for you to see what mine says to you! :-)

Your boys do awesome work & I'm so glad they take orders because I have a bunch of Project Linus projects in mind that will need their magic!

Bryce sure did a great job on those quilts! A lot better than I do! My GS & I were at the LQS the other day & he got to try out a longarm. For being 8 years old, he did a great job. Now he wants to play on my longarm!
