Default That bird wall hanging with narrower strips...

I think I like the narrower one better. It seems to be more in proportion. Hmm--now which one to give as a gift?

They are both so pretty that I would have a hard time choosing.

Both are equally beautiful. Choosing is impossible for an outside observer-50-50 split I am sure! I really like the treatment you used for that beautiful panel. I am so partial to bird panels; I also like bird yardage and bird pre-cuts.

Is the background in the panel different? One seems to be white and the other blue. Maybe it's just the way the picture looks. I like them both. I will be PM you on more questions for my son's. BrendaK

Both are lovely and either would make a wonderful gift, but I agree that the narrower one seems more in proportion. So, you should keep the one you like better. The recipient of your gift will not have the two quilts together to compare, so they will not notice the difference like you do.

I am sure that whichever one you decide to give will be joyfully received.
