do you have another contrasting purple for the corner. Maybe do a small pinwheel?

The puple border really seperates the design. I love the purple sashes. Very Nice.

I am going to be of no help here because I like it both ways. Without allows you to see the pattern made when the blocks join, but the purple looks really pretty too. See? Told you I'd be no help.

Definitely use the purple for the sashing!! Besides making the quilt bigger it looks really good with that purple in there. It is going to be an adorable quilt!!

WIthout is nice for the secondary design but purple calms it down. Either way - 2 thumbs up.

My vote is for a sashing in the same pink as the background, it would make the stars float because they aren't touching each other (like if you had no sashing at all), but all the background fabric is the same. I saw one quilt where the sashing strips were the same color as the background, but different widths so when quilted the stars floated and looked slightly offset.
