Wow, wow, wow!! that is gorgeous for sure. love the quilting too!! I printed one block to help remind me one day to make it. Now, not to forget where I put it!

That is beautiful and it certainly is perfect for Christmas, but I would not hide it away until next year :-)

Thank you everyone. If I could write a pattern to save my life, I would definitely do so LOL. I can't follow them very well either, which is why I just make my own, often on the fly as I go

Your quilt is absolutely gorgeous. I love the soft sage green colors. Everything about it is just perfect. Did you put a narrow red border on it and then bind it in red, or is that a type of binding I'm not familiar with? What a wonderful quilt. Do not put it away until next year. Keep it out for others to drool over.

Thank you . Yes I put a narrow red border on it, and red binding. I was afraid the binding alone wasn't quite enough red, but I didn't want so much border that I had to quilt it The binding is not yet sewn down to the back.
