I see the movement, too! This is so pretty. I am impressed that you kept the seams so perfect with all different kinds of fabrics. Really nice work! And colors!

For those asking about the pattern, this is a variation of a Drunkard's Path.

wonderful - it is one of those quilts that you know each time you look at it you will discover something new. What size blocks did you use?

That is so pretty. I would call the pattern beautiful. I love all those colors. And the quilting is great. Wonderful job all around.

the blocks are 8" finished. they were supposed to be 9", but some were ....not.
so after trimming they are 8".

I think txwildflower hit it...looks like a drunkards path block, turned inwards instead of making the paths. Don't you love it how you can make so many different patterns from the same block?

Beautiful job finishing it.

Wow! Some of those fabrics are older than me!

I love it and especially the contrasts in textures in the quilting. I'm going back for another look in a minute - it's like a fabric showcase!

BTW - isn't the pattern 'Robbing Peter to Pay Paul'? :-D
