    Default Quilt my Mother Dear made

    This was a whole cloth kit, she did cross stitch embroidery, then sandwiched and hand quilted. I have in our guest room bed, when room is not occupied I keep a protective sheet over it. Handmade things really have a special place
    in my life and will pass them on to our daughters. The New Year is my time for reflections on things

    beautiful!!! is that a full size bed? if so, how large is the quilt. it hangs beautifully at the corners!

    That is a gorgeous quilt! I have a cross-stitched quilt where I did the blocks. My grandmother did the hand quilting, and it is something that I will treasure forever.
