I finally got this thing done for our distric attorny He wanted a Kentucky log cabin on top side and on the back he wanted a V down the middle of the quilt with University of Alabama material around the edge. Well this is what I came up with and I love it and he has heard about what I did and said he can''t wait to get it. I will give it to him on Thursday at our senior citizen center Easter lunch.

I have not been a fan of the log cabin ever since I made one when I was new to quilting. My fabric selection was terible at least in my view. But after seeing how wonderful yours looks I will have to give try it again. Is the log cabin the only block in the quilt?
