Just got a gracie II frame and tried to quilt. Went great at first, but as the quilt rolled up in the throat plate, ended up with only 1 inch to quilt last 13 inches of quilt! does this happen to you? What did you do with the bulk of the quilt so get more room?

The flowers with their smiles are great. A dear baby quilt.

Oh! Such a bright and cheerful quilt. Love it. I also like your quilting. It really looks nice.

This quilt was 36 x 36, so not so large. I haven't tried anything larger (yet). I did all the across sashing, blocks and top and bottom borders and then took it off the frame, turned it 90 degrees and put it back on and did the other two borders and sashing. I know from reading on the Juki yahoo group, a lot of people do half and then take them off, turn completely around and start quilting from the other end.
