    That is beautiful. I hadn't thought about an all green quilt (we often think in blues, purples, pinks or the black/white quilts), but I will now consider doing one. Thanks.

    Thank you! Due to the heavy quilting "flat" is easily achieved. I spray baste using 505 spray. I LOVE that spray.
    It may be because the whole quilt is SITD. Around the individual stars as well as the square in the square so each area is secured/basted in that sense. I quilt on my Janome 8900-no long arm :-)
