    They do sell cordless irons, but I didn't like the one I had.
    I got one to that you can use either way with the cord or cordless and I dont like to use it cordless for it doesnt stay hot enough...

    Looks exactly like my floor - with different feet. Bit awkward when it happens where you can't put a rug or furniture over it.

    I did the same thing. mine left a little burned look. I've worked on it and most of the discoloration has gone. Not sure that would do for you tho.

    They do and I have one but was not impressed with it so it's sitting in a draw somewhere. If I remember right it doesn't stay hot long enough for me.
