I have one something like this but I never use it I usually use a hoop or nothing at all.

I loved seeing this. We have a set like this our church. Not many ladies at church hand quilt anymore so it just sits in a corner. It has been there for years.

I made one using sawhorses and 2x2's held with large eye bolts.
really liked that one. uses too much room for my small house.

that's awesome! I love it. My DH isn't super duper handy, but he might be able to make something similar - I really like it.

forgot to say--bore holes in the sawhorses and 2x2's- hold them together with the eyebolts. I wrapped heavy cloth around the 2x2 and pinned my top with saftey pins. this frame is used the same way as the ones shown.
