And re the 5 months, I personally believe that you are the reincarnation of a LADY quilter who started aged 5 and died at the ripe old age of 109 having quilted for 8 hours every day of her life! I just love playing with new templets and tools. THis is a cool one. So they are completely finished when you put them together, right? Kind of like a cathedral window block. Cool beans, eddie. I like the whole concept of it.
The repo fabric was a good idea and looks great with this type of blocks. Another winning thought, eddie. Your on a roll. I sometimes forget that you are so new to quilting. A natural at it.
