    Introducing "Midnight Fancies"

I posted questions about this quilt design a couple of times in the Main thread. Now that it is complete, I'd like to show you the end product. I had it custom quilted and am very happy with the result. I used wool batting so that I'd see good definition in the quilting. I call it "Midnight Fancies". I added a pillow tuck since my original design was square.

I *love* how you worked a few different Julie Paschkis fabric stories together so nicely! It would be great to see more close ups, especially that center, is that a large butterfly?

So beautiful. I love this quilt, especially the fish image. Have you been to the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago? the mosaics in the rotunda have some of the elements in your quilt. You'd love it.
