I give them to extended family. or put aside for a gift , then I have one, when I need it.... the saying in the family goes, 'she looks for any excuse to pass along a quilt'. and they all treasure them...... on just my husbands side, there were 13 daughters, as I was raising my 4.... so you can imagine, I never run out of someplace for them to go....

It is a beauty. Do you know an organization that might need/want a quilt to use as a fund raiser?

I live in an over 55 park and I try to make a quilt for everyone who is going through chemo, or has lost a spouse. It is much appreciated and they have something to take with them for their long treatments. Also children, grandchildren and step grandchildren. It's hard to keep up. Now I'm into great grandchildren.
