Really good job with the sashing as the yellow really unifies all of the blocks and the cornerstones add structure and division so each block stands out on it's own merit. Wonderful - the difference is amazing. Thanks for the very real
demonstration of how to organize and unify disperate blocks.

The Cornerstones were the charm.
It looks like a totally different quilt.
He will love it, no matter what, because Grand made it.

I often use cornorstones in my sashings adn I just love the look that they give. Your quilt is lovely and he'll just love it!
