I used to live in some apts in Pasadena, CA that had the BEST dumpsters for 'diving'!! lol My roomie found so much good stuff that we got a space at a collectibles show & made about $300 - $400 --- and most of that was from other dealers before the show even opened! lol
It always amazes me what people throw out. Wow you did good on your dive. :thumbup:

WTG, Bev! I have difficulty getting to work on pick up days! I have a minivan, and there is always room for something! I actually try NOT to look sometimes. :?

i just have a ford taurus, but trust me girlfriend, I MAKE ROOM :wink:

I love hearing stories like this! People are way to wasteful. I am not ashamed to admit I have picked up many things people have thrown away! Good job!

I figure it this way. One mans trash is another mans treasure. I was tickled this morning . coming home I saw a sign that said FREE STUFF.... They were sitting next to the curb. NOT IN THE TRASH... nothing I wanted tho....... truck tires. rims for a truck...... I just thought. Yeah ......... there ya go..." I wanted to go knock on the door and say thanks but at 4 AM, i may have gotten lead in my rear end,. And I ain't talking about my car. :lol:
