I think we should all let you know just ahead of time when our B-Days are and you could do each of us a cake and send it on. lol By the way they do travel well through USP if they are in a sturdy box and packed well. I sent a 15th anniversary cake to a dear friend about 30 years ago, with fondant icing and gummy flowers, packed lots of styro around it and made sure it wouldn't shift in the box. It arrived safely and wasn't damaged she said, it arrived in Md. from Tx. in three days or less, can't remember. She couldn't believe I made and shipped her a cake.

I think that your cake looks great. I am also taking cake decorating classes and its tons of fun. Everyone loves to get a nice looking cake for whatever reason. I have to make a cake tomorrow for class tomorrow night. Then start Fondant class next week.
