There you go, getting another block done so quickly. And, it's fabulous just like the others. I've been super busy so haven't touched my last few blocks. We are self-isolating to stay away from the virus so maybe I can get at it in a few days.

Several years ago I was doing a lot of applique, Seeing your blocks makes me want to start up again.

Default My LBB Block 10

Mother Nature is being almost to kind to us, we are starting to float around here, but it has given me time for one more block, and it helped that Block 10 was a fairly easy one.

Default My LBB Block 11

Another block finished thanks to the rainy days, which hopefully are over for a day or two. The french knot police came by today and told me it's a crime to make french knots this badly. My only alibi was that you can't put a LBB block on a hoop and embroidery isn't as easy without a hoop. They bought it and let me go, lol. If anyone has a tip on working without a hoop please let me know, they may not be as easy on me the next time.

I can't imagine doing all that work without the fabric in a hoop or frame! Wow! I always imagined you had it in a frame first, then cut it down and sewed the edges after...I'm doubly impressed with your blocks then! I'm just starting to do some small wool felt applique and embroidery, and also find it tricky to work on such a squishy medium without a frame.

Default My LBB Block 12

More rain means more time doing what I really wanted to do anyway, yeaaaaaa. I modified block 12 with some berries and rose buds in lieu of the fuchsias on the pattern. I like the way it turned out. I've also added a picture of the design board I had to put them up so I could see that I am making a little progress.
