Every quilt I've seen with embroidery, has been awesome. Purple is pretty.

I Love that pattern, I saw it a few years ago but did not get it, I think I will have to break down and purchase the pattern. I also use little seed beads in place of French Knots for two reasons 1) I like the way they sparkle 2) My french knots never stand up like they should.



Please post a picture when finished, it is coming out very pretty.

very pretty. purple is also my favorite color. I remember a few years back I was at Hallmark shop and they had the prettiest purple tree.

I LOVE purple too!! I love the way you are doing this quilt. I have seen it before in various colors, but this is the best!

My neice did that pattern and used all different colored threads. Trees were green, bark was brown etc. It really turned out pretty.
