Wow! How pretty. I would date it somewhere between the thirtys to the fiftys somewhere. Someone on the QB may know better. I love the texture from washing. It looks very soft and crinkled. Congrat's.
peace

Incredible, you lucky lady!! I would love it, and you enjoy it, instead of all the others who wanted it, too!!

What a great bargain you got. It certainly is beautiful. The fabrics do look vintage. Another reason for a label on the back.

That is such a beautiful quilt, how sad that the owner of it did not appreciate the beauty of it or all the love and hard work that went into it. Im so glad someone who loves quilts and knows what all goes into one has brought it home. Please run your hand over it once for me.

I Don't think the lady that was helping with the sale even knew (or cared) what was there. Nothing was marked and there was a LOT of stuff inside and out, so she was just thorwing out prices to people who ask "how much".
I am just glad I picked up the quilt, the 2 ladies that saw me with the quilt said "did you just buy that" I said yes and they said well we saw it on the table by itself and thought someone had already bought it. Well it was on the table and there was noone around it so I picked it up(maybe whoever decided they didn't want it)My gain for sure.
Oh Yea I did wash it and the stain that was on the back came out, glad of that. I measured it and it is about 70X86.
