This is a classic 1930s quilt in the Dresden Plate pattern, also known as Friendship Ring and Aster by Ruby McKim in the 1920s and 30s, containing familiar thirties prints and green known as Nile Green.

It's certainly worth more than you paid for it! Good find.

I had to check to see what state you lived in. Wow, are all New Mexican's yard sales like that ? I would have followed you around like a blood hound. This quilt is fantastic. Lucky you, time for Happy Dance !!

That is awesome. I paid a lot more than that for a similar one...looks like 30's fabrics to me...What a lucky find and so glad it has a new and appreciative home.
