I would put a fluffy animal on the back. Which she likes now, just as you would for a child before they can read as well as her name. The animal will be for her the name for others. My own mother suddenly loved teddy bears as she got older and fluffy is great to stroke.

The quilt is amazing is there a pattern name?

it's beautiful... i hope you put a name on the label. nursing homes are notorious for things going missing and this is too beautiful to be lost.
