Great clothesline! My Aunt Gladys had one like that with the wheel and all. I just have a rope between two trees, but I love hanging out my sheets, towels, an occasional quilt and my throw rugs. (I dry panties in the drier, thank you- dont like them board stiff!)

I love hanging out clothes. That was the first thing we put up when we bought this house in '83....I was told it would be a temporary set up...goes from one tree on west side of the back yard to a tree on the east side. One of these days, I'm going to have two T-poles with 6 lines between them.
When I was in high school, I was getting the frozen clothes off the line for my mom (in the dead of winter in Maine) and had to fold my dad's long johns to fit them in the basket and broke off one leg. When I got in the house I had to tell my mom I broke dad's leg and she went "WHAT?" and I showed her the leg....she almost wet her pants laughing.

Neat "air dryer" and know you are going to love it for years to come.

My husband put out my unbrella line last year, and we have one long line near the house. Love them both. Now we should all show our "clothes pin bags" hahahaha

I hung my clothes out a year or so ago but we had a Dog who shed horribly so I stopped now that the dog is gone I'm going to start again. I loved how in the summer here in AZ by the time I got the clothes hung I could just about take the first ones down they were dry already.

Love it. I have a retractable 6 line contraption that I bought from a Sears store 25 years ago - line has not stretched or broken in all those years. We like the fresh scent of outdoor-dried clothes, especially sheets.
I do not know many who still use an outdoor line for drying.
BTW, we are probably one of few who do not have a dishwasher either - per choice when we built our home.
