    you know I was thinking the same thing, some of the blocks that didn't make it in are very feminine, on the lighter side. I was trying to do a light version and a dark to use in the same quilt but it just wasn't working. I think I am going to do the exact same quilt but in the lighter version and call them his and hers! They are meant to go in the family room, he can have one and so can I.

    You were dead on with the plaid--it's awesome, and makes for a really different quilt! And I love the little plaid legs sticking out from the bottom of the quilt. Plaid must be your thing! Great work!
