Default Nice, tidy sewing room

Don't any body ever say their room is a mess. Look at my scrappy log cabin room. Have to laugh at all the other "messy" sewing room pictures.

Trying so hard to get scraps under control.
I dumped some of them onto my tables to sort into light and dark thinking that if I see them I have to do something with them.

Started making Log Cabin blocks in two styles. A traditional and a clam shell setting. There is no order, just light and dark

first two units of a clam shell block. These
are test blocks to use as a guide for placement and size.

I am going to be at this for a while.

I love your swinging doors design wall! My sewing room always looks like a bomb went off and I have bits and pieces of sewing experiments stuck up around the room.

Looks pretty good to me, especially since you have a project out that you're working with. Your stacks on shelves are neat, I don't see piles on floors , your sewing machine and iron are visible. All good!

I see a happy place to sew. Love scrappy quilts, like both of the log cabins.

Your room looks like many of ours do! Love the clam shell log cabin. Haven't seen that pattern before.

Happy to see a room that resembles mine. My husband just doesn't get how I can clean it up, then have it trashed again in a couple of days.
