Really like it Sega! Can't wait to see it done.

I think your fabric choice is very nice. My vote is to keep going but if you don't like it then you need to do something different. You'll never be happy with it.

I agree, sometimes it takes the completed top to really see how the colors come together. There is a gorgeous dark in the focus fabric that would be a great color to pull out for part of a border. Oooohhh! I can't wait to see this when it is done. Don't worry about the colors yet - just keep going and it will all come together (beautifully from the looks of your photo!)

I think it is a great combination the way it is. Sue

I agree with you. I don't like this color combination either. The light color is too light.

I think you have to ask yourself: will you really like it when it's done. What one person loves, another may not be satisfied with at all.

I agree with jillaine and with you. (That also applies to my tendency of swimming against the current.) I think you should select a color from the awesome base fabric and then find a brighter version of this colour.
This is just the opinion of a newbie to quilting.

Looks good to me. I'm a fan of neutrals, so I'd say keep up the good work.

The beige jumps out over the other color. If that is what you are intending then you chose correctly; if not you will need to try something else. However, the pattern is very cool. Tks. G
