    Hattie, you did a wonderful job on your OBW. You saw the potential in the fabric, choose the perfect accompanying fabrics, and arranged the blocks artfully. I have the fabric for a OBW, and I hope it turns out half as good as yours.

    The strips were 3 3/4 inches wide.....I used six repeats....amount of fabric depends on size of the repeat

    I am sure yours will be wonderful....my fabric was at a thrift store so I bought it....at a fabric store I would look for fabric with large images and swirly background...one of the best obw was made with motorcycles all over the fabric in different colors
